Responsible for the programme areas Food Security & Poverty Alleviation and International Peace Building.

Review project proposals submitted and ensure quality of projects funded within the programme areas.

Supervise and guide the implementation of funded projects including project planning, -implementation, -monitoring and -evaluation.

Supervise and build the capacity of local implementing partners (administration, project management, budgeting).

Strategic planning in general on organizational-, program-, and project level.

Development research including innovation, testing and documentation of best practices.
