How to apply for a donation
Only electronically submitted applications will be considered.
From this page you can find the application forms that must be used in order to apply for a donation from the Rockwool Foundation.
Applicants are encouraged to read the pages about the Foundation including the general objectives of the Foundation and the page what the Foundation does not support before filling in the application form. The Rockwool Foundation only considers applications for activities and projects that are compliant with the articles of foundation.
The process of a typical application depends on the size of the project. Project applications will normally go through the following steps:
Step 1:
You prepare the project application directly at the Rockwool Foundation homepage using the application form. If you have questions about how to apply for a donation from the Rockwool Foundation or how to fill in the application form you can contact us either by email or telephone (see contact).
Step 2:
The proposal will be assessed by the relevant programme staff who assess the quality of the project before the final decision is made by the Board.
Step 3:
You will either receive a refusal letter or a letter of donation stating the conditions under which the donation has been granted.
The better the quality of the preparation of the application – the faster the assessment and the response.
For more complicated projects or larger projects the application process will be a bit different. In such case we also require information on the capacity of the project organisation.
